Dilesh Karia takes over as Global Sales Director

BAMBERG – With a view to the international orientation of the Bamberg-based plant manufacturer, KASPAR SCHULZ is strengthening its sales structure: Dilesh Karia (43) will assume the role of Sales Director, succeeding Dieter Pollok, who will retire in August 2026 after 34 years with the company.

KASPAR SCHULZ bids farewell to Pollok, a figure who has shaped the sales of the Bamberg-based traditional company for over three decades. Through his expertise and his close relationships with customers and partners, he was able to significantly influence the company's development.

"Mr. Pollok leaves a lasting mark on the company. We would like to express our sincere thanks to him today for his dedication and collaboration," said Managing Director and 10th-generation owner Johannes Schulz-Hess.

The company is delighted to have gained in Dilesh Karia a Sales Director with international experience, who will primarily drive forward the strategic internationalization of KASPAR SCHULZ going forward. The focus includes expanding global market activities, intensifying business relationships, and strengthening the company's global brand presence. He acquired his professional expertise through previous positions at renowned organizations such as KHS, Krones, and Destilla, where he most recently served as Head of International Business Development.

"Global demand for innovative, energy-efficient, and state-of-the-art SCHULZ solutions continues to grow. With Mr. Karia, we will be able to set important impulses for our future development. Together, we will expand our international market position and unlock new potential," added Schulz-Hess.
