Last Saturday (08/07/2023), we were exhibitors at the apprenticeship fair Bamberg. Every year, companies from the region showcase their vocational training opportunities. In 2023, 140 exhibitors aimed to attract new apprentices. We also seized the opportunity to engage with interested individuals, engaging in insightful conversations to address all inquiries about training with us, the world's oldest brewery equipment manufacturer.
As the oldest training establishment in Bamberg, we were particularly keen to make our stand as appealing as possible. Welcoming a multitude of young people with a modern design, we introduced our new apprentice campaign under the slogan "Craftsmen Create with Pleasure". Our brought-along copper brewing counter drew special attention from fairgoers, serving as a radiant highlight.
Following the consistently positive feedback received at the apprenticeship fair Bamberg, we are now looking forward to the SCHULZ training day. This event will take place on July 14th, 2023, starting from 5 PM at our company premises (Kaspar-Schulz Str. 1, Bamberg). On this day, we offer visitors a diverse program, providing them with a comprehensive insight into the company and its training opportunities. In addition to tours throughout the entire facility, participants have the chance to take part in a station rotation and craft their own piece. An exciting contest also awaits them. Of course, refreshments will be provided. To register, a simple email with the names of the participants to event@kaspar-schulz.de will suffice. Parents are welcome to join as well.
At KASPAR SCHULZ, we offer apprentices a range of benefits that go beyond the norm. In addition to holiday and christmas bonuses, they can rely on supplementary health insurance and around-the-clock accident coverage. Moreover, they can look forward to company pension schemes. Our apprentices are not subject to shift or weekend work, benefiting from a familial work atmosphere with flat hierarchies. We also provide high-quality work attire from Engelbert Strauss. In their dedicated apprenticeship workshop, under the guidance of our on-site training manager, they can prepare well for their professional future. We also offer in-house exam preparation and engaging apprentice projects. With successful completion of training, prospects for continued employment are very promising.
