Bamberg/ Augsburg/ Munich - KASPAR SCHULZ once again impressively demonstrates that quality craftsmanship and excellent training are inextricably linked at the long-established Bamberg-based company. Several of SCHULZ's employees have won the prestigious youth competition organized by the German Welding Society (DVS). Due to the high level of interest in the company's own ranks, an internal welding competition had to be held beforehand to determine who would secure one of the six coveted places for the district decision in Augsburg on March 8, 2025.
All of the welders from Team SCHULZ who traveled to Augsburg placed in the top 5 in their categories. Particularly noteworthy are the two plant engineers Louis Neuberth (1st place) and Louis Albrecht (2nd place), who are still in training and thus qualified for the state competition in Munich in the young welder TIG category. "What our young talents have achieved here fills us with great pride - not only as an employer, but also as a training company with almost 350 years of experience. Such successes show that our commitment to professional competence and the promotion of young talent is deeply rooted in our self-image and is practiced every day," says owner and Managing Director Johannes Schulz-Hess.

In Munich, the two then shone again in exemplary fashion: Louis Neubert (left) showed off his skills at the SVL Munich on May 17, 2025 and took an excellent 3rd place on the podium. Louis Albrecht (right) was unrivaled on this day. He secured 1st place, making him Bavaria's best young TIG welder for the next two years.

Managing Director Markus Mereien also sees success at Jugend schweißt 2025 as more than just a sporting comparison: "Whether brewhouse, malt drum, distillery or tank - our products thrive on precision, experience and passion. The fact that our employees and trainees weld at the highest level is a promise to our customers worldwide.
