Sour beers, which have now regained popularity, were nearly extinct some time ago. However, thanks to many courageous breweries specializing in sour beer styles (e.g. Gose, Lambic, Berliner Weisse, Gueuze, or American Spontaneous Ale) we can now once again enjoy many exceptional, exciting, and eccentric creations. One of these breweries is Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM) in Switzerland, where we recently paid a visit. There, we met BFM founder Jérôme Rebetez, who provided us with fantastic insights about his brewery.
