Think of anything, that the curious brewer might try and be sure that OEC Brewing in Connecticut did it!
Not only do they have their own orchards, greenhouses and a vineyard to grow their own fruits, herbs and spices, they experiment a lot with a wide variety of fermentation vessels like granite vessels, wine, absinth and gin barrels as well as amphoraes and many more.
As if that’s not impressive enough, OEC’s beers all go through their copper coolship and Beaudelot Cooler, which requires a whole new level of knowledge and experience.
