President of the Bavarian State Parliament welcomes KASPAR SCHULZ in Munich

Bamberg/Munich – In addition to the recently received award as one of Germany's most innovative companies (TOP 100 Award) , the traditional company based in the beer city of Bamberg has now been honored with the prestigious Bavarian SME Award 2023.

As the winner of the award for medium-sized companies based in Bavaria, KASPAR SCHULZ is being recognized for its innovation and future-oriented approach. The festive award ceremony took place on June 23 at the Lenbachplatz in Munich's Künstlerhaus. Patron Ilse Aigner, President of the State Parliament, congratulated company owner Johannes Schulz-Hess on this remarkable achievement.

Since its inception in 2007, the Bavarian SME Award has recognized companies that serve as role models in the areas of future viability, innovation, robustness/resilience, sustainability/responsibility, market success/customer orientation, and personnel policy/attraction. According to the jury, KASPAR SCHULZ excels in all these areas.

"After successfully participating in the TOP 100 innovation competition in March, we are delighted to receive recognition and an award this year as part of the Bavarian SME Award. We are proud to receive this acknowledgment and to be counted among the pillars of the Bavarian medium-sized business sector. Within this context, we would like to thank all our employees for their daily commitment and dedication," explains Managing Director Kai Neubauer.

"As a traditional family-owned company that has been in existence since 1677, we pursue a long-term innovation strategy that proves successful. Winning the Bavarian SME Award further confirms our exceptional standards of quality, innovative technological developments, design, and above all, modern employee leadership," says Johannes Schulz-Hess.
