Brewhouse module “Braublock”

The backbone of your brewery: The Braublock is a complete brewhouse combining all components of brewing in a single compact system, from pre-mashing to the whirlpool. Less equipment, big results: We take care to integrate the latest technology into these systems as well to guarantee that they deliver the same quality as large brewhouses. This makes the KASPAR SCHULZ Braublock an ideal and reliable workhorse for your start-up.

Facts:
  • Industrial stainless steel design with ground sloping hoods
  • All known brewing processes possible - including speciality beers
  • Matching fermentation, storage and pressure tanks in SCHULZ quality
  • Rapid start-up of beer production thanks to the extremely short assembly time
  • Low space requirements and construction costs

Innovative piping

The piping in our block brewhouses has been impressing industry experts for years now, not only with its compact design, but also through its ability to exceed the highest standards of quality and flexibility. The advantage of this particular piece of equipment is space-saving construction that doesn’t sacrifice the variety of piping options offered by larger brewing plants. All SCHULZ brewhouses can be used for both infusion and decoction mashing processes. Our newly developed valve clusters add even more to the already long list of Schulz advantages. They’ve helped boost our high-quality standards to new heights without compromising on space-saving compact dimensions. For instance, both the lauter tun and whirlpool can be rinsed at any time, even while the beer is being circulated by the spreader plate during the boil. Additionally, the construction and positioning of the pipe branch fittings have been optimised to eliminate dead space and to prevent backwash of mash residue during the mash transfer. The hygienic design, together with our modern orbital welding technique, is guaranteed to improve the handling of your product throughout the various steps of the brewing process. In future, these new valve clusters will be installed as standard in all 2-vessel brewhouses with a cast out volume of up to 25 hl in corresponding nominal sizes.

Expand your production possibilities
using our system solutions

KASPAR SCHULZ is the only company in the world in the field of brewing, malting and distilling to offer its customers a full-service package with the best quality in these three segments from a single source.

A multitude of innovations, patents and technical masterpieces are combined in the huge and diverse product range. As the oldest brewery machine manufacturer in the world, we are bringing tradition into the future. Expertise accumulated over three centuries flows into the continuous improvement of our technology and products.

Bucking the growing trend towards outsourcing, we still prefer to do everything ourselves – gladly and highly successfully, at that. If SCHULZ is on the label, the product is an original SCHULZ made entirely in Bamberg from the first production step to plant commissioning.
